Yes,........ I am the Headache Queen of the World.  I have suffered with headaches since about second grade that I can remember and I'm a Grandma now. Thats alot of headaches.  I get every kind of headache there is and tried alot of remedies.  They aren't fun.  I am amazed when I talk to someone and they say they have never had a headache.  How wonderful that would be.

Helpful Headache Remedy....Combine the following essential oils with an emulsifier (cream or honey):.....3 drops of Chamomile, 3 drops of lavender and 3 drops of rosemary.  Add this mixture to a warm bath****relax and enjoy.  The warm water combined with these essential oils will help alleviate tension and relax the blood vessels. You will love it.
